"What happens on social media, stays on Google forever."

I started this business as a part-time venture in 2015, but didn't set up much in the way of social media or a website because defining the business and brand takes time, and executing that online is a huge time commitment.

Social media can be a powerful tool, but it's only as effective as the strategy and business behind it.

Have you ever noticed that sometimes it seems like, day-by-day, nothing changes...and then one day you look back and everything seems different? Managing social media is a lot like going to the gym. Many of us have bought a gym membership or signed up for a fitness class...and not shown up. The intent was there, but we just couldn't make it work. We took the first step, and even went regularly for the first couple months, but then life got in the way.

Social media doesn't have to be a 24/7 commitment, but it does need to be a commitment. Be consistent and keep working at it.
